Before payment

If Safepay checkout is not completed, no appointment is confirmed and no charge applies.

After payment

• Rescheduling is allowed when requested at least 6 hours before the meeting.
• Cancellation refund eligibility follows our refund policy.
• Late arrival may reduce the available consultation time.
