How to complain
Email admin@syntaxsoftwarehouse.com with your booking name, email, appointment type, payment reference if available, and a clear description of the issue.
Response time
We normally respond within 3 business days. Complex payment checks may require coordination with Safepay and can take longer.
What to include
- Booking date and selected appointment plan.
- Screenshot or transaction reference if payment is involved.
- Your preferred resolution, such as reschedule, refund review, or support follow-up.
