We aim to resolve appointment, support, and payment complaints quickly and fairly.

How to complain

Email admin@syntaxsoftwarehouse.com with your booking name, email, appointment type, payment reference if available, and a clear description of the issue.

Response time

We normally respond within 3 business days. Complex payment checks may require coordination with Safepay and can take longer.

What to include

  • Booking date and selected appointment plan.
  • Screenshot or transaction reference if payment is involved.
  • Your preferred resolution, such as reschedule, refund review, or support follow-up.
