Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to appointment bookings paid to Syntax Software House through Safepay.

Eligible refunds

  • Duplicate charge or verified payment error.
  • Appointment could not be delivered due to our team being unavailable.
  • Unauthorized transaction reported within 7 days with supporting details.

Non-refundable cases

  • Customer missed the scheduled meeting without notice.
  • Consultation was completed for the booked duration.
  • Request changed into work outside the selected appointment scope.

How to request

Email admin@syntaxsoftwarehouse.com or WhatsApp +92 300 0443777 with your name, payment reference, and reason. Approved refunds are processed through Safepay where applicable.
