Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to appointment bookings paid to Syntax Software House through Safepay.
Eligible refunds
- Duplicate charge or verified payment error.
- Appointment could not be delivered due to our team being unavailable.
- Unauthorized transaction reported within 7 days with supporting details.
Non-refundable cases
- Customer missed the scheduled meeting without notice.
- Consultation was completed for the booked duration.
- Request changed into work outside the selected appointment scope.
How to request

Refund turnaround time
Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, the amount is returned through Safepay to your original payment method. Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 to 14 business days. Bank or wallet processing times may add a few extra days depending on your payment provider.
If you do not receive the refund within 14 business days after approval, contact us with your payment reference so we can follow up with Safepay.
