These terms apply to paid consultation and appointment services booked with Syntax Software House.

Appointment services

Bookings cover the selected consultation duration only. The session may include advice, diagnostics, requirements discussion, or configuration guidance, depending on the plan selected.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details and project information.
• Join the meeting on time with required access, screenshots, or notes.
• Do not share passwords in plain text. Use temporary access or screen sharing where possible.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Safepay. A booking is confirmed after successful payment and team confirmation.

Limitations

Consultation does not guarantee a full bug fix, deployment, or final software delivery unless separately agreed in writing.
