These terms apply to paid consultation and appointment services booked with Syntax Software House.

3. Appointment Services

Bookings cover the selected consultation duration only. The session may include advice, diagnostics, requirements discussion, or configuration guidance, depending on the plan selected. Consultation does not guarantee a full bug fix, deployment, or final software delivery unless separately agreed in writing.

Customer responsibilities include providing accurate contact details and project information, joining the meeting on time with required access or notes, and not sharing passwords in plain text.

4. Terms of Usage

You are prohibited from using this website or its content:

  • for any unlawful purpose;
  • to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
  • to violate any international, federal, provincial or state laws, regulations and rules;

Payments are processed securely through Safepay. A booking is confirmed after successful payment and team confirmation. Card or wallet details are handled by Safepay and are not stored on this website.

This website and its related software and content (including images and designs) are the intellectual property of and is exclusively owned by us. The structure, organization, and code of the website and its related software contain valuable trade secrets and confidential information of Syntax Software House. Except as expressly stated herein, these terms and conditions do not grant you any intellectual property rights whatsoever in the website and its related software and all rights are reserved by Syntax Software House.

7. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify us, defend and hold us harmless and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and you agree that the courts of Bahawalpur, Punjab (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.
